The Executive Assistant to Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai with a 6-day work week .



This role supports the Director with day-to-day executive administrative tasks, leveraging modern AI and digital productivity tools alongside traditional administrative excellence to optimise leadership workflows.

Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritise urgent requests.

~ ChatGPT, Claude, AI scheduling assistants, automated transcription) to draft correspondence, summarise lengthy reports, manage meeting minutes ( MOM ), and optimize daily workflows.

~ Travel & Expense Coordination: Plan and coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries. Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and organize executive correspondence and emails.

~ Prepare high-quality presentations, meeting agendas, and operational reports.
