Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B; Captain to oversee restaurant and banquet service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage service operations.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Lead and guide stewards, waiters, and service associates during shifts.
Take guest orders and assist in service whenever required.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Monitor table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Train and mentor team members on service procedures and guest handling.
Assist in banquet and event operations when required.
Maintain inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and service goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
~ Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
~2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in hotels or upscale restaurants.
~ Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Experience in handling guest interactions and service teams.
~ Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Strong customer-service orientation.
