Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Content Creator role based in Nagpur. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish daily content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include capturing photo and video content in-store, creating engaging reels and stories, writing compelling captions, and scheduling posts based on a content calendar. The role involves actively engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages,



and collaborating with the store team to highlight new drops, limited editions, and events. The Social Media Content Creator will also track basic performance metrics, share insights with the team, and suggest ideas to grow reach and engagement.

Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and basic editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.

Ability to develop simple content plans and calendars, align content with brand campaigns, and generate creative ideas that resonate with streetwear and sneaker culture.

Comfort with on-camera presence or directing others on camera, and skill in writing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions.

Basic understanding of social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and willingness to learn and apply insights to improve performance.
