We are now looking for a passionate and experienced travel professional to strengthen our premium outbound holiday division for GCC travellers.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who understands the travel preferences of customers across the GCC region and has proven experience selling premium international holiday packages.
The ideal candidate should have extensive destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create tailor-made travel experiences for high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities

Premium Holiday Sales
Handle inquiries from GCC & indian customers
Design customized international holiday packages
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey

Destination Expertise
Strong knowledge of destinations including:

Southeast Asia
Singapore
Vietnam
Thailand
Bali
Malaysia
Indian Ocean
Maldives
Mauritius
Seychelles
Middle East
Saudi Arabia
Oman
Azerbaijan
Georgia

The ability to recommend destinations based on customer preferences, seasonality, visa requirements, and budget is essential.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with premium clients




Provide destination consultation
Explain visa requirements
Recommend suitable hotels and experiences
Upsell luxury services
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Supplier & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with:
Hotels
DMCs
Airlines
Visa teams
Transport providers
to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
Sales Targets
Responsible for achieving:
Monthly sales targets
Gross profit targets
Customer satisfaction targets
Repeat booking targets

Key Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in international holiday sales
✔ Strong knowledge of Europe and GCC outbound travel
✔ Excellent destination knowledge
✔ Experience designing customized FIT packages
✔ Experience working with premium travellers
✔ Good supplier network
✔ Strong negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to work under sales targets
Language Requirements

Mandatory:
✅ English (Fluent)
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
