Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in insurance sales, proven experience in leading field sales teams, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills who can consistently drive business growth and team performance.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
- Mandatory proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs,
and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and capability.
- Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and business initiatives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze business metrics, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
