Job Description:

We are hiring a Recovery Executive in Indore.

Job Title: Recovery Executive

Location: Indore

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in recovery, collections, or fieldwork
Qualification: 12th Pass and above
Salary Range: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone calls, field visits, or other communication channels.

- Maintain updated daily records and recovery reports.

- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related queries or disputes.

- Coordinate with the accounts and recovery teams for case follow-ups and escalations.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

- Ensure adherence to company protocols and regulatory guidelines during recovery efforts.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

- Responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to handle work pressure and conduct field recovery visits when needed.
