Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: Scrum Master, Kanban, Release & Program Management, CSM, JIRA

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years’ experience.
3. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an agile workplace.
4. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile Methodology, Kanban, Release, Program Management, CSM and JIRA.
5. Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques such as user stories, epics, themes, and acceptance criteria.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality software products using agile methodologies.
8. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, review, and retrospective.




9. Coach team members in self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
10. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
11. Collaborate with product owner to clarify and prioritize backlog items.
12. Ensure compliance with scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
13. Provide training and coaching to team members and stakeholders on agile principles and techniques.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
