Experience: 2 to 5 Years Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to contribute to project execution, technical operations, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in relevant engineering tools/systems, and a proactive approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks related to engineering design, operations, or maintenance
- Collaborate with teams for project delivery and process improvement
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met for assigned activities
- Support senior engineers and team leads as required
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech in [Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, etc.]
- Skills:
- Domain-specific technical knowledge
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools/software
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
