We have an urgent opening for the position of US Recruiter (Work From Home) for a reputed Company in Staffing Industry at the Navi Mumbai location.

Location: Remote (India)

Work Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT/Non-IT Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment for US-based clients. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for female candidates willing to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for US-based clients using various job portals, social media, and networking.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster,



and other job boards.
- Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
