Job Description:

● Drive 1+2 year regional business growth strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
● Develop and manage annual regional marketing budgets alongside territory sales managers.
● Establish harmonized systems and processes under the guidance of the Zonal Marketing Manager.
● Strengthen the regional customer base through the design and execution of loyalty and relationship management programs.
● Enhance brand image and market presence within the zone
● Identify and cultivate current business opportunities in untapped potential for major and minor crops.
● Build and maintain strategic relationships with research institutes, extension centers, and government/private agencies.
● Lead and collaborate with Area Sales Managers and SDOs to strengthen off-roll resource capabilities.
Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of experience in mid-to-senior field sales and marketing regional leadership.
✅ Industry Experience: Must come from the Agro-Chem industry.
✅ Geographical Expertise: Proven track record and deep network within Saurashtra and Kutch districts.
