Job Description for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead - Offshore

Role: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead Consultant

Education:

- Graduate/postgraduate
- Any certification in Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)

Experience:

- 2 years on SAP IBP, and minimum 5 years on other SAP APO modules including SAP ECC & S/4HANA
- Should be having knowledge on SAP IBP products / latest release
- Domain experience of 2-3 years in Planning (precision manufacturing industry will be preferred)
- SAP Functional experience of 10+ years
- Minimum 2 End to End IBP implementations as lead & 2 support projects with incident, problem management & change request handling experience
- International project experience is preferred
- Should have valuable experience on 3rd party systems integrations.

SAP skills

- Working experience in global SAP IBP implementation/roll-out/support projects
- Must Have - Expert knowledge in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;)




- Must Have - Very good knowledge in CI-DS (HANA Cloud Integration)
- Must Have - Understanding and knowledge on how to adapt SAP IBP best practices – both delivered by SAP as out-of-the-box solution and/or market wise.
- SAP IBP model configuration, Planning Areas, Key figure calculation
- Demand planner, General response planner, Supply planner, Sales and operation planning Order based planning configuration.
- Support SAP IBP application, particularly focusing on Demand and Control Tower
- Support during monthly planning cycles, resolve issues faced by users / affiliates
- Support quarterly test planning for IBP updates / and yearly IBP upgrades.
- Build Solution Assets based on the learnings, resolving issues / errors
- Supporting ecosystem by sharing knowledge and gaining knowledge as well
- Design/Configure/Deliver processes in SAP IBP and can work with customer on the problem areas and propose solution accordingly.
- Should be having the flexibility to work on shifts (Europe & US time zone)
