Job Purpose Creating, Owning and provide technical support for the implementation of Business Requirements Across projects in business line

Managerial Responsibilities Basic Managerial Responsibilities relating to coordination with diverse groups - business users, external vendors and stakeholders and BSG/TSG team
Functional Responsibilities • Technology Stack Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies and platforms, including Retail Net Banking, MFA, web applications, APIs, and database systems, to support digital channel services.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of digital channel applications to provide a rapid and responsive user experience.





• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for any digital channel-related issues, collaborating with the IT support team to resolve them promptly.

• API Integration: Work on integrating external APIs and third-party services to enhance the functionality and features of digital channels.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for digital Channel solutions, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
Revenue Responsibility (if applicable) No Direct revenue responsibility
Qualification needed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
