1. a) Should have at least 7+ years of work experience out of which minimum 5+ years of experience shall be in Business Excellence.
2. b) Should be a certified six sigma black belt/Green Belt.
3. c) Should be a B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering (any branch) or MBA.
4. d) Should be EFQM certified qualified having done EFQM Foundation & Assessor course given by EFQM Global.
5. e) Should have Prior implementation experience of EFQM/ Deming/ MBNQA /CII EXIM / CMMi / ISO or any other equivalent reputed Business Excellence framework in India/abroad.
