- Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
- Allocate leads and daily tasks to Sales Executives via CRM & Enquiry Register
- Assist in closing deals and support in pricing/negotiations
- Finalize sales orders and coordinate delivery (ensure Sales Rep is mentioned in OA)
- Follow up on quotations and track all active enquiries
- Print and file weekly Enquiry Register reports
- Assign new leads every Saturday using CRM
- Maintain and update weekly task list with next follow-up dates
- Close cold quotations after 3 months of inactivity
- Call and follow up on outstanding payments (Debtors List)

Must own a two-wheeler with valid license and documents
