Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Export Sales/Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving sales efforts to increase export volumes, managing export documentation process &
ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing recent business opportunities.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
· Provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing with customers.
· Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
· Prepare and verify export documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices,
Packing Lists, and related documentation.




· Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, trade agreements, and customs requirements.
· Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure
timely shipments.
· Monitor shipment schedules, resolve issues related to delays, and handle any discrepancies in documentation.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Export Sales & Documentation.
· Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.
· Familiarity with trade finance processes like Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
