Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door

- Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality

- Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material

- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety
Conduct quality checks at various stages of production (cutting, pressing, finishing, ).

- Ensure machinery and tools are maintained in proper working
Maintain production records, prepare daily reports, and communicate progress to management.

- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

- Resolve any production-related issues promptly and effectively

Key Skills Requirements :

- Diploma/ ITI / bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, or related





- 3–5years of experience as a supervisor in a wood or door manufacturing

Robust knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes
(CNC, edge banding, pressing, ).

- Ability to lead a team and manage manpower

- Understanding of safety and compliance in a factory

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP systems preferred).

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational
