Job Description: A Finance Executive in the steel manufacturing industry manages daily accounts, ensures statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and prepares MIS reports. Key duties include cost control, inventory valuation, and working capital management, requiring ERP proficiency and 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering. Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Compliance: Maintain daily accounting, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST).
- Manufacturing Finance: Support cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports (P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow).
- Operations Support: Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage working capital, such as accounts payable and receivable.
- Banking & Documentation: Manage banking affairs, such as Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) for the steel pipe industry. Required Qualifications & Skills





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, preferably within steel, fabrication, or heavy engineering industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage50) and MS Excel.
- Competencies: Solid knowledge of GST/TDS, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Industry Experience

- Experience with steel pipe industry banking operations (LCs/BGs).
