Job Description:

- Guide and manage team of design, project and site engineers
- Preparation of Technical architecture based on the tender documents; Review of Bid documents like PPA, RFS, etc.
- Conceptualize and develop technical specifications based on international codes and statutory guidelines for electrical design including Switchyard and Transmission Line up to 400kV
- Provide technical Pre-bid queries; Propose various choices & their benchmarking for every Bid.
- Current technology validating, analyzing, and implementing mono facial Vs bifacial modules, central Vs string inverters, trackers, AL wound transformer, trackers, AIS, GIS, Hybrid GIS substations, HVDC, TL monitoring.
- Validation of plant performance based on assessment and monitoring data from the ground through SCADA and SAS regularly.
- Provide cross-functional coordination for design updates, field suggestions, specifications, for service and or construction related items.
- Preparation of BOM, SOW,



DPR and various other technical documents for construction of electrical substations up to 400kV voltage level.
- Due diligence of new products and vendor interaction.
- Conducting site visits to get complete details regarding the projects.
- Preparing and reviewing of electrical plans, specifications, calculations (DSLP, Earthing, Short Circuit Force, Sag tension, Cable sizing, Relay settings and coordination, etc.)
- Experience and good knowledge of running ETAP software.
- Preparation of detailed Technical Specifications of AC side electrical equipment's.
- Solar Plant Designing starting from Inverter to terminal bay at grid sub-station.
- Preparing and reviewing Electrical layouts up to 400kV electrical substations.
- Good knowledge of under-ground, over-ground & over-head evacuation systems.
- Timely follow-up with Procurement & Project execution teams for on-going projects.
