Job Description:

Duties & Responsibility:
Prepare, plan and execute monthly & yearly preventive maintenance schedule.
2. Do root cause analysis of every electrical breakdown, make proper documentation, take
measures to add required activities in maintenance schedule to prevent it from
happening in future.
3. Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
4. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
5. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
6. Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and
insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
7. Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or
substitute damaged units.
8. Plan and undertake installations of electrical components and wiring for new project
work, modifications and improvements in existing setup.
9. He should coordinate with mechanical & production team for smooth operation of
electrical systems.

Do periodic weight calibrations of weighbridge, weigh feeder belt, packing machines,
water meter etc.
11. Prepare and maintain excel list of all electrical equipments, motors, VFD, components
at plant with all the key specification.

Required Skills:

Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
Understanding of PLC/SCADA systems.
Understanding of computers and IT infrastructure.
Advance knowledge of using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter
etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
