Job Title:

Business Development Manager (BDM) – Events

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brands.

- Pitch event concepts, customized proposals, and solutions aligned with client objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions.





- Prepare business development reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events or media industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Excellent network within corporates, agencies, and event buyers.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
