Job Description:

- Develops the strategy and direction by setting processes for the Brass SBU in accordance with the overall organization strategy with respect to the markets and customers to target, product strategy, expansion plans and cost optimization initiatives.

- Develops and drives short term and long-term business plans for the Brass SBU with respect to the business targets in terms of volume, profitability, number of customers, customer retention etc. in consultation with the Technical CoEs and sales and marketing teams.

- Supports the SBU Head and provides input for making decisions with respect to strategic partnerships, diversification, new business opportunities and in-organic growth keeping in consideration the overall organizational and SBU strategy.





- Identifies new growth opportunities for the SBU in terms of Geography and customer base and works with the CMO, Geography Heads, KAMs and Technical CoEs to develop the strategy for targeting and converting the opportunities in accordance with the organization strategy.

Keeps abreast of markets and competition within the SBU and ensures continuous state of competitive advantage with respect to pricing, product portfolio, technology, physical resources, manpower etc.

- Exp into machining casting non-ferrous machining troubleshooting currently working as plant head operations for minimum 2-3 yrs. should have robust exposure into variable cost.
