Job Description: Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead the Accounts and Finance function of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in financial management, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. This position requires strategic financial acumen, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations.

- Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and cash flow management.

- Ensure statutory compliance related to taxation, audits, and regulatory filings.

- Maintain and analyze financial data through Tally ERP and other relevant software.

- Provide strategic inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.





- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.

- Lead, guide, and develop the accounts team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)—mandatory.

- CA / Inter CA – preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Experience in the real estate/construction industry will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week (Saturday is a half day)
