Qualification: Degree Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 5 years, Preference Material Handling Area of Thermal Power Plant
Age: 28 to 35
Gender: Male

Key requirements:
Oversee and coordinate the erection and installation of steel structures, mechanical components at construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
1. Supervise and lead in office construction teams, providing technical guidance and resolving site challenges as they arise.
2. Plan and manage erection activities, including developing schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
3. Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are available and maintained on-site as required.
4. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and document daily activities, including quality control and safety compliance.



Expertise in erection of steel structures and familiarity with relevant construction processes especially for thermal power project.
5. Understanding of fabrication, welding, and assembly methods used for mechanical erection
6. Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues that arise during erection and installation
7. Competence in maintaining details record, inspection reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
8. Ability to read, interpret and understand technical drawing is essential for planning and executing erection tasks.

These technical skills are crucial for planning, executing, and overseeing mechanical erection projects safely and efficiently.

Good in writing & verbal communicating skill
Knowledge on AutoCAD.
