Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. HR Consultant( Retired Person ) for a reputed company at the Goregaon location.

The senior HR manager will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization. This position requires a seasoned HR skilled with significant experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development. The senior HR manager will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.




- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations and employment practices, ensuring the organisation’s compliance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay updated on industry compensation trends and benchmarks.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

- A minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles.
- Solid understanding of HR Practices, Labor Laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR – Related Software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Renewable contract yearly basis
