Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Civil Engineer (Contractual) for one of our reputed builder clients in Andheri (E), Mumbai .

Key Responsibilities:

- Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specification.
- Design constructions projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings & models.
- Determines project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs.
- Create feasibility study by analysing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies and assembling data.
- Produce engineering documents by developing construction specification, plan and schedules.
- Fulfils project requirements by training and guiding operators.
- Maintain operations by enforcing project & operational policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Candidate's Profile:

- Degree / diploma in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering. with 2 to 4 years of work experience in real estate.
- Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
