Job Description:

Detect, analyze and defend against network penetration: execute intrusion detectionprevention system.  Install firewalls: applications gateways and access control list based packet filters.  Configure and handle routers and virtual private Networks.  Propose, plan, experiment and implement robust authentication mechanisms both network andhost based.  Gather, interpret, and analyze data in forensic security investigations.  Assist in identifying, recommending and implementing recent processes or amendments tocurrent ones to improve team functionality and service provision to customers.  Review network documentation against regulatory & security standards , best practices andcompany requirements  Recommend and implement network security.  Analyzing and evaluating systems security vulnerabilities.



 Study and evaluate for appropriateness both commercial and open source security tools andimplement for maximum Protection across the servers and services.  Back-up secure data.  Installations of O.S. and required service packages: both open source and proprietary.  Updating and maintaining O.S.and software to the latest release patches etc.  Implement security tools and practices across servers and applications / services.  Implementation, operations and management of service like web, mail, DNS.  Ensure configurations and data backup of service and implement recovery from disaster
