Job Description: Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage Injection Moulding Machines efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.

- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per requirements.

- Assist the Production Manager in implementing corrective and preventive actions based on IPC test results and customer complaints.

- Coordinate with area supervisors and other departments to ensure all related activities run smoothly.

- Check and maintain all production documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor process control and maintain documentation for all production activities.

- Ensure effective GMP implementation and maintain housekeeping standards in the plastic molding area.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without deviating from approved systems and processes.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for handling machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Train machine operators and helpers on processes, safety, and related activities.

- Collaborate with QA to maintain the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).





- Assist the Production Manager with plant upgrades, installation of new equipment, and process enhancements.

- Identify and arrange necessary resources required for production activities.

- Evaluate training needs of workmen and provide relevant training.

- Use statistical techniques to analyze production data and implement process improvements.

- Work in alignment with the company’s values, mission, and vision to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine operation

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and GMP

- Documentation and process control skills

- Ability to coordinate across departments

- Training and team-handling capability

- Problem-solving and cost-saving mindset

- Basic knowledge of statistical tools

Education & Experience

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field

- Experience in Injection Moulding Production preferred
