Finalization of accounts and consolidation of financial statements.
Responsible for managing global transfer pricing.
Preparation of budgets, budget vs actuals
Preparation of MIS, financial reporting and other financial metrices.
Manage Accounts payable for select regions and expense analysis.
Responsible for statutory audits and other financial audits.
Handle overseas payments & overseas banking operations.
Any other finance & accounting related tasks required from time to time.
Key Skills:
Excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office and financial planning software's.
Experience in India GAAP, US GAAP
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Excellent report writing & communication skills.
