Key Responsibilities

- Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire shift's production, ensuring targets are met and resources (raw materials, equipment) are optimized.
- Process Monitoring: Oversee critical parameters (temperature, pressure) and operations (Kiln, Cooler, ESP, Handling Systems) for stability and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and manage shift operators and supervisors, resolving conflicts and motivating the team.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce all safety protocols (HSE) and environmental regulations (Pollution Control).
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve operational problems, taking corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordination: Liaise with Electrical,



Mechanical, and other departments for smooth operations and maintenance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, production records, and report performance/deviations to senior management.
- Quality Control: Implement checks to ensure product quality meets standards.
