We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in real estate project execution. The role involves end-to-end management of real estate projects—from planning and design coordination to execution, budgeting, quality control, and handover—ensuring timely delivery within approved cost and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end real estate projects (residential)
- Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and cash flows.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
- Monitor construction quality, progress, and site execution.
- Manage contract administration, BOQs, change orders, and billing certification.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards,
safety norms, and company SOPs.
- Oversee project handover, snag closure, and documentation.
- Support senior management with MIS reports and dashboards.
