Position: Payment Collection & Accounts Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
In garment manufacturing, profit means nothing if payments don’t come on time. As a Payment Collection & Accounts Support Executive, you will be responsible for timely collection of payment from debtors. Your role ensures: explicit payment commitments, accurate tracking of outstanding amounts, regular follow-ups with buyers and reporting to the management. Your role will involve supporting the Accounts team in creating a productive and positive work environment while ensuring smooth cash flow generation for the entity.
1. Preparing tracking mechanism for payment collection
2. Calling buyers/parties for payment follow-ups
3. Sending polite but firm reminders (calls / WhatsApp)
4. Tracking outstanding payments and due dates
5. Updating payment status in Excel / Sheets / software
6.
Coordinating with accounts for payment confirmation
7. Alerting owner about risky or delayed parties
8. Note commitments clearly (date, amount, mode)
9. Share daily status update with owner
10. Follow up on missed commitments
11. Prepare updated outstanding report
12. Highlight long-pending or problem parties
Qualifications & Competencies
· Basic accounting understanding
· Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
· Accurate data entry and record maintenance
· Phone and WhatsApp communication
· Polite but firm on calls
· Confident while speaking to clients
· Good listening skills
· Organised and disciplined
· Emotionally steady during difficult conversations
· Fluent Hindi required; basic English preferred
Salary and Remuneration
