Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects by coordinating efforts between the business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team.
• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders.




• Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
3. Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals.
• Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address any challenges.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the specified requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation before project milestones are reached.

Qualifications:
• Master/Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
