This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. BDE is responsible for driving participation, engagement, and sales conversions across the organization's training, coaching, products, or service offerings.
The role focuses on proactive client engagement through calls, follow-ups, data management, and ensuring smooth transitions of clients across multiple programs, packages, or service levels.
Drive maximum attendance, engagement, and sales conversions for all programs or offerings
Conduct timely and effective client calls (congratulations, welcome, reminder, and follow-up calls)
Manage, update, and maintain accurate client and sales data




Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Solid foundation in Business and Account Management, including managing client portfolios, maintaining satisfaction, and supporting contract renewals.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimizing pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles; familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is an advantage.
