We are seeking an experienced Reservation Consultant to manage international and domestic hotel reservations for premium clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of luxury hotels, strong relationships with leading hotel brands, and expertise in securing the best rates and availability. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hotel reservations for domestic and international destinations.
Handle bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests with accuracy.
Build and maintain robust relationships with premium and luxury hotel partners globally.




Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive benefits, and room availability with hotel suppliers.
Provide personalized hotel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless booking experiences.
Resolve reservation issues, overbookings, and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on global hospitality trends, new hotel openings, promotions, and destination knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and reservation policies.
Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reservation reports as required.
