.We are looking for a highly creative and meticulous Senior Video Edito r specializing in long-form content. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, know how to maintain viewer retention over a 15-to-45-minute runtime, and want to build the definitive media hub for global EdTech and kids' education, this role is for you.

The Role
As a Long-Form Video Editor, you will take ownership of our main YouTube channel, masterclasses, webinars, and long-form brand documentaries. You will turn raw footage, podcast recordings, and educational deep-dives into highly engaging, narrative-driven, and visually polished long-form assets that educate, entertain, and inspire

What You’ll Do
Narrative Editi ng: Own the entire post-production workflow for long-form videos (YouTube videos, episodic content, product masterclasses, and corporate documentaries
Retention Strate gy: Pacing is everything. You will structure long videos with seamless transitions, engaging B-roll, sound design, and visual hooks to keep drop-off rates at an absolute minimum
Graphics & Animati on: Integrate clean lower-thirds, text animations, vector graphics, and data visualizations to explain complex educational or technical concepts simply
Audio & Color Gradi ng:



Ensure pristine audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, music mixing) and apply professional color grading to maintain a premium brand aesthetics
Asset Optimizati on: Repurpose key moments from your long-form edits into high-impact, vertically formatted short-form clips (Shorts/Reels) to drive traffic back to the main asset
Collabora te: Work closely with the Content Strategist, Scriptwriters, and Design team to understand the vision of each project and execute it flawlessly

What We’re Looking
ForExperie nce: 3+ years of experience editing long-form content (YouTube channels, documentaries, or edtech/tech narrative content
Software Expert ise: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Res olve. Strong working knowledge of After Eff ects for motion graphics is highly preferred
Storytelling Mind set: You don't just cut clips together; you understand how to build a narrative arc, create tension, and deliver a satisfying resolution over a 15+ minute video
Efficiency & Organizat ion: A systematic approach to file management, timeline organization, and meeting tight production schedules
Portfolio/Showr eel: A strong portfolio showcasing previously edited long-form content that demonstrates your pacing, sound design, and structural abilities
