food decisions. As we scale, storytelling and visual content will play a critical role in shaping our
brand and connecting with millions of consumers.
We're looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Video Producer & Creative Director
who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone
who understands camera, lighting, direction, editing, and production- and can independently
execute high-quality content from concept to final delivery.

Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end video production process for Doctor's Choice. From conceptualizing
ad films and brand stories to shooting educational content, product campaigns, founder-led
videos, documentaries, and social media content, you will be responsible for translating ideas
into visually engaging content that drives brand growth.
This is a hands-on role requiring both creative vision and production excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Storytelling
● Translate brand concepts into compelling visual narratives.
● Develop creative treatments, mood boards, shot lists, and storyboards.
● Direct shoots for brand campaigns, advertisements, founder content, interviews, product
films, and short documentaries.




● Ensure all content aligns with Doctor's Choice's brand identity and communication style.
Production & Cinematography
● Lead and execute video shoots from start to finish.
● Operate cameras, lighting setups, audio equipment, and production gear.
● Plan compositions, camera movements, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
● Serve as Director of Photography (DOP) when required.
● Manage shoot logistics, locations, talent coordination, and production schedules.
Post-Production
● Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, and other digital
platforms.
● Handle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery.
● Create platform-specific edits optimized for performance and engagement.
● Maintain high standards of visual quality and storytelling.
Brand Films & Advertising
● Conceptualize and produce ad films and product commercials.
● Develop visual campaigns that communicate product benefits effectively.
● Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to execute campaigns.
● Continuously experiment with current storytelling formats and creative approaches.
Content Innovation




● Stay updated with industry trends, filmmaking techniques, and content formats.
● Bring fresh creative ideas that elevate the brand's visual presence.
● Build scalable production systems for content creation.

Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in video production, filmmaking, advertising, branded content, or
visual storytelling.
● Strong portfolio showcasing ad films, brand videos, commercial work, documentaries, or
social content.
● Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, framing, and cinematography.
● Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or
similar software.
● Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
● Solid understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
● Ability to independently manage projects from ideation to final delivery.
● Strong creative instincts, visual taste, and storytelling ability.
● Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with D2C, consumer brands, health & wellness brands, or
advertising agencies.
● Experience directing actors, creators, or on-camera talent.
● Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and digital advertising content.
● Experience producing high-conversion Meta, YouTube, and short-form video ads.
● Ability to manage freelance crew, vendors, and production resources when required.
