Cost Accountant
Qualification: B.Com & CMA preferred
Experience: 3–6 Years
Perform standard costing and variance analysis, reporting deviations to management.
Support pricing decisions, margin analysis, and profitability assessment.
Assist in inventory valuation, cost audits, and reconciliation of cost records.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and detailed cost and profitability analyses.
Manage and track project costs in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with production, procurement, engineering, and finance teams to drive cost control initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
~ Professional certification such as CMA is preferred.
~3–6 years of relevant experience in costing within a manufacturing setup
~ Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
~ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other manufacturing ERPs preferred)
~ Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
~ Experience in process manufacturing / discrete manufacturing (as applicable)
