The Role:

This is one of the most senior hires in the organization. The Chief Revenue Officer reports directly to the CEO and owns the company's revenue agenda end to end: new markets, new relationships, and the commercial engine that makes both repeatable.

We are explicit about what we are hiring for. We want a leader who arrives with an active, senior-level network in CPG and retail and puts it to work from day one. This is not a role where you inherit a pipeline. You bring one, you open the doors yourself, and you build the team and the commercial engine behind you as the revenue grows.

The role is laser-focused on CPG and retail because that is the company's core industry focus. Our technology services and transformation capabilities are built around this sector, and the CRO's network, credibility, and commercial instincts need to align with the same market.

What You Will Own:

- Revenue: Personally open, shape, and close enterprise relationships in the CPG and retail sector using your own network from the outset, while building the broader commercial engine.

- International markets: Priority geographies include the United States and North America, the wider Americas (including Latin America), Europe, Australia & Current Zealand, and Southeast Asia. A strong India-focused network is also valued, though international reach will be given higher weight.

- Offering strategy: Work closely with delivery and capability leaders to shape market offerings around what customers actually need, rather than simply selling existing services.





- The commercial engine: Build and scale the sales organization, account management practices, partnership ecosystem, and channel strategy that transform founder-led selling into a sustainable revenue function.

- The marketing handshake: Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure branding, events, and lead-generation efforts convert into qualified enterprise opportunities.

- Voice of the market: Bring customer insights back into the business to influence future offerings, capability investments, and market expansion.

Who You Are:

- Professional background: A current or former Partner at a Big Four consulting firm, or an equivalent senior leader at a global consulting or technology organization such as Accenture or SAP, with the credibility that comes with that experience.

- Industry expertise: Extensive experience selling technology-enabled transformation and consulting services to enterprise clients, with deep expertise in the CPG and retail industry.

- Network: A strong, active, and senior-level network of decision-makers across the target geographies, with relationships that can be leveraged immediately.

- Leadership style: A hands-on commercial leader who is equally comfortable driving revenue personally while building and mentoring a high-performing sales organization.

- Technical credibility: Credible in conversations around supply chain transformation, ERP-led programs, automation, and AI. While not necessarily the deepest technical expert, you can confidently guide enterprise customers toward the right solutions.

- Motivation: Motivated by ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to build a high-growth business with rewards directly linked to commercial success.
