Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a sales/operations team
Drive team targets, productivity, and performance
Monitor attrition and shrinkage
Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
Ensure process adherence and quality standards
Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant domain
Team handling experience is mandatory
Strong exposure to team performance and target management
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
