Customer Relationship & Account Management
• Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
• Add current customer accounts from the assigned region.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Business Development & Sales Growth
• Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regular
Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product
development/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.
