Job Overview

Manthan – The Media Studios, Mohali Campus is seeking a creative, confident, and execution-driven Anchor–Writer–Producer who can seamlessly handle storytelling, on-camera hosting, and end-to-end content production.

This role demands a strong communicator with sharp writing skills, commanding screen presence, and the ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable in front of the camera and behind the scenes, blending creativity with production ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Writer

Research, conceptualize, and write scripts for videos, interviews, events, documentaries, and digital content.

Develop engaging cinematic storylines, messaging frameworks, and voice-over scripts.

Collaborate with creative leads and directors to maintain narrative flow and brand tone.

As an Anchor

Host videos, interviews, talk shows, campus events, and branded content.

Demonstrate strong on-camera presence, articulation, and confident delivery.

Engage naturally with guests, students, and talent while maintaining conversational depth and flow.





As a Producer

Lead projects from ideation and planning to execution and final output.

Coordinate with camera, creative, and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, logistics, and production requirements.

Ensure script-to-screen alignment, creative quality, and adherence to Manthan’s content standards.

Contribute to ideation and long-term content planning for Manthan – Mohali Campus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as an anchor, writer, producer, or in a similar media role

Solid command over English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Confident on-camera personality with effective presentation skills.

Solid understanding of content formats across social media, branding, corporate films, and interviews.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with a leadership and ownership mindset.

Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a production house, digital studio, media agency, journalism, or broadcast environment.

Knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
