Finance Coordinator/Chartered Accountant

King Rose Construction is an entrepreneurial, growing construction company headquartered in New York City, specializing in commercial fit-outs. Our clients include Columbia University, NASA, and many other prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting and Payroll team in our Bangalore office.This position will support the Finance and Accounting Team in handling day-to-day accounting processes, assisting in financial reporting, and providing crucial support for budgeting and financial analysis. The role works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.

Responsibilities:

- Invoice entry and project costing

- Recording payment transactions and managing accounts payable/receivable

- Credit card analysis and entries

- Expense reporting and reconciliation

- Responding to vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding payments and invoices

- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets,

and cash flow statements

- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

- Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing analysis and recommendations

where necessary





- Liaise with Insurance Broker and Carrier

- Coordinate audits for General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance

- Oversee and track Workers Compensation claims

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

- Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

- Education: Chartered Accountant

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience post qualification

- Experience with Financial Reporting: Prior experience in preparing financial statements and

reports is highly preferred

- Shift: Experience of working in Night Shift (minimum 2 years preferred)

- Software Knowledge: Experience using QuickBooks Desktop (preferred), Microsoft Excel, and

other financial software

- Skills: Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors,

subcontractors, and management

Compensation:

- Salary commensurate with experience
