Roles & Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end store operations at the project site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems (ERP/Excel).
- Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid excess/obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials procured as per PO/Delivery Challans.
- Ensure protected custody of materials with correct quantity and quality preservation.
- Maintain material inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and bin cards.
- Handle inter-site material transfers with proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of construction materials, consumables, tools & tackles, formwork, electrical items, and spares.
- Manage and update material and machinery issue/return records.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site execution teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and housekeeping as per safety and quality norms.
- Monitor material consumption and report variances, losses, or damages.
- Support audits and stock verification by providing accurate data and explanations.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize pilferage and wastage
