Key Roles & Responsibili?es

? Mee?ng the penetra?on percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Wri?en

Premium) and market share targets decided by the company

? Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit

? Regular interac?on and co-ordina?on with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area

sales manager, Business Development Representa?ves (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank

? Connec?ng with the various teams including the opera?ons and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related

se?lements

? Providing the required training to the Business Development Representa?ves

? Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and repor?ng the work daily through on-call (huddles)

? Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly

? Adherence to 100% compliance
