Relationship & Partner Management

- Lead and manage strategic relationships with key aggregator partners.
- Serve as the senior escalation and governance point for assigned partners.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with organisational objectives.

Business Delivery

- Drive premium growth and business volumes from the aggregator channel.
- Own partner-wise business plans, targets, and performance reviews.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support actions to ensure sustainable and compliant growth.

Commercial & Contract Management

- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with aggregator partners.
- Oversee execution and renewal of commercial agreements in line with internal approvals.
- Ensure alignment with pricing, underwriting, and margin expectations.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Compliance teams to support partner requirements.
- Facilitate timely resolution of partner issues impacting business continuity or customer experience.

Product & Digital Enablement





- Support launch and scaling of products across aggregator platforms.
- Enable smooth technology integration and process alignment with partners.
- Drive improvements in journey efficiency, conversion, and turnaround times.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure aggregator business is conducted in accordance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor partner adherence to agreed processes, disclosures, and customer handling standards.
- Act as a senior point of contact for risk, audit, or regulatory matters related to the channel.

Team Leadership

- Provide leadership and direction to the aggregator relationship team.
- Set transparent expectations, review performance, and support capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution discipline.

Market Awareness

- Track industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging aggregator models.
- Provide inputs to leadership on market developments relevant to the aggregator ecosystem.
