About the Role

DigitalImpulse Online Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities and selling our SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Services to clients in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Pitch and sell SEO, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
- Negotiate with prospects and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with US-based clients.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, websites, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in international sales, IT sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
