Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance of the assigned store. The role requires robust leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational control in a high-footfall value retail environment.

Job Description

- Qualification: B.COM, BBA, and MBA Fresher
- CTC: Up to ₹2.15 Lakh per annum*
- Additional Benefits: Incentives / Food & Accommodation facilities for outstation candidates.
- Shift Hours: Minimum 10 Hours*

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive key retail KPIs
- Plan and execute local sales promotion activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines as per HO directives.

2. Store Operations Management

- Oversee complete store operations including opening & closing procedures
- Ensure SOP compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with HO for marketing campaigns and new launches.

3. Team Leadership & Development

- Recruit,



train, and retain sales associates.
- Conduct daily morning briefings and target allocations.
- Monitor individual staff productivity and grooming standards.
- Create a motivated, target-driven store culture.

4. Inventory & Shrinkage Control

- Ensure accurate stock management and replenishment.
- Control shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory loss.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure stock accuracy.
- Manage warehouse & floor stock effectively

5. Customer Experience Management

- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with brand values.
- Handle escalations and customer grievances professionally
- Build repeat customer base and loyalty.
