As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, enjoys building client relationships, and has the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, Upwork, Clutch, email marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Identify new business opportunities through freelance marketplaces, B2B directories, outbound sales platforms, and strategic networking.
Identify and connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Digital Marketing and AI solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and lead generation strategies.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and business development targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and pipeline forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience




~1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
~ Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and client acquisition.
~ Experience selling Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software Development, AI Solutions, SaaS, or Technology Services.
~ Strong understanding of consultative selling and B2B sales.
~ Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
~ Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
