Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at FLOW, All Day Bar, located in Pune Division. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, onboarding and training new hires, monitoring food and beverage quality, addressing customer feedback, and creating a positive dining experience.



Additional duties include tracking operational goals, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Experience in Hiring and team management, including training and guiding staff members
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards
- Proven leadership abilities and organizational skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Prior experience in restaurant management is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
