Key Responsibilities
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets.
✔ Manage distributors and strengthen channel relationships.
✔ Drive market expansion and increase product availability.
✔ Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
✔ Ensure product listings, visibility, and optimal shelf placement.
Skills Required:
- 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade)
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Robust distributor management, market expansion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with excellent execution capabilities
